As part of any new order or for an existing customer, Geotek recommends that a support contract is purchased for the MSCL or X-ray CT system.  Support packages enable customers to access our support team for dedicated telephone and online support, and discounted service visits and parts. The Geotek team incorporates a range of engineers, software developers and geoscientists who can provide both instrument and application support to our customers. The Geotek support contracts are separated into two tiers: Silver and Gold. Contact us for more information and prices.
